Plutocalc Designer consits of state-of-the art updated design models for several processes. With the minimum amount of imputs you get most of the parameters required to build a fully functional water or wastewater treatment plant.
This tutorial was written for Windows 10 64-bits but should work for Windows 10 32-bits, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7.
Normalization is a conversion of operational data that allows the user to compare operation at a specific set of conditions to a reference set of conditions in Reverse Osmosis plants. This allows the user to determine whether changes in flow or rejection are caused by fouling, damage to the membrane, or are just due to different operating conditions: temperature, flow and recovery changes and feed water salinity variations.

This spreadsheet allows the design of slow sand filters. This water treatment technology does not require expensive equipment or chemicals (coagulants, polymers, limestone, etc...) and can be used in small communities and villages.
All calculations and rates are following the Brazilian Standard NBR 12216/92. The spreadsheet is in Portuguese and in English.
This is a sizing table for Multimedia/Sand filters. It uses FRP vessels (Pentair Structural, for example) dimension standards.
